How it all began...

I first started my career in the electronics industry over 22 years ago working for Television Appatatus. From there, I continued my employment with Tisco and then two years later, I set out on my own and Satellite and Aerial Connections Ltd was born in Hamilton. In those days, I had a shed to operate from, a van to provide services from and a huge amount of passion for my work and wanted to provide the very best service to every one of my customers. I am proud to say that this is still the guiding principle of my business.

Things have grown a lot since those early days and we now offer an extensive array of products and services. These range from digital TV satellite and aerial installs through to large design, supply and installation of home automation systems,  multiroom/multizone audio and video distribution, security solutions to SMATV,  in homes, apartment complexes and businesses. My team has also grown and I now have a number of qualified and friendly staff members covering all of the Waikato, Auckland, Wellington and surrounding areas.

It’s an exciting industry to be a part of, especially these days with so much new technology becoming available to give people the lifestyle they want. We always keep up to date on what’s new and developing so we can continue giving good advice.

With that in mind, we like to take the time to come out and see you, discuss your needs and your unique situation to better understand what it is you want to achieve. Then we are in a better position to provide the right advice and to deliver a tailored, custom solution for the best results.

We’re no longer operating out of the shed but our approach is certainly still down to earth and friendly. We work from a purpose built premises equipped with sound and visual demo rooms for you to see and hear the technology available to you and get a feeling for what could be possible in your home or business.
